Sales Manager Trainees Are Responsible For:
- Providing accurate and enthusiastic demonstrations of products and educating clients on the benefits of our client's products and services
- Interacting daily with clients, including reviewing the customer’s service package to answer questions and offer solutions regarding their needs
- Presenting accurate and timely paperwork for new or current client accounts to ensure a smooth-running process
- Offering expertise to clients to make buying decisions armed with the correct information easier
- Attending meetings, sales events, and trainings with fellow Sales Manager Trainees to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Reporting and providing feedback to management using statistical data based on sales and market trends
- Consistently meets or exceeds personal sales goals, leading to sold conversion and positive customer net
- Developing new clientele through ongoing customer relationships, answering questions, and building a sense of trust

- Eager to take accountability and have a desire to improve their skills within the sales realm constantly
- Strong work ethic and highly developed organizational and communication skills when working with clients or Sales Manager Trainee team members
- Ability to quickly learn as well as clearly articulate and accurately present product demonstrations
- Outgoing and independent with a self-starter mentality
- Prior sales, client relations, or management experience (a plus but not required for the right candidate)
- Flexibility in thinking and adapting to all scenarios in an ever-changing atmosphere
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients
- Driven by achieving individual or team sales targets and rewards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,150.00 per week
