The National Sales & Marketing Coordinator at DoctorPodcasting will support sales efforts, manage client interactions, and assist in marketing initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Job Title: National Sales & Marketing Coordinator

DoctorPodcasting has been the pioneer and leader in healthcare podcast production and distribution for over 12 years. We specialize in helping hospitals, medical associations, and other healthcare organizations with the production and distribution of branded audio and video podcasts. We become the podcast department for our clients with a turnkey system that provides hospitals with unique, custom-produced podcasts featuring their doctors, heard on their websites and social media. Our commitment to exceptional customer service, premium production, and content creation has helped us expand our services to hundreds of hospital and medical clients nationwide.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, charismatic, and business-minded individual to join our dynamic team in the new role of National Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
This is not a sales rep position, instead, it is a crucial role in support of our sales efforts helping us to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Coordinate and communicate with our lead generation vendor, oversee email reach-out campaigns, schedule video conference demo calls with interested prospects, presented by our company Founder or Director of Marketing, send post-demo proposals and follow-up emails, and continue to follow through and communication with prospects to close the deal.
  • Scheduling & On-Location Events: Coordinate travel arrangements for approximately six healthcare industry trade shows in the U.S. each year (attendance at these events is required). Additionally, coordinate the on-location podcasting sessions for some of the events.
  • Prepare contracts and communicate with our accounting and production teams.
  • Stay in contact with clients and assist in renewing annual production contracts.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain key documents, including reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and proposals.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot), ensuring accurate tracking of sales data and client interactions.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.
  • Support the planning and delivery of our client-focused webinars, including content preparation and presentation.
  • Assist in planning and creating potential new promotional content during healthcare conferences.
  • Research and evaluate sales tools and exhibit presentation strategies to enhance our outreach efforts.
  • Help maintain and update Client Portals and the DoctoPodcasting website as needed.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with and/or able to learn to use tools like CRM software (HubSpot), Constant Contact, Google Sheets, Excel, AirTable, etc.
  • Timeliness: Meet deadlines, especially for time-sensitive tasks.
  • Creativity: Ability to assist with marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Social Media Savvy: To help maintain our social channels.
  • "Can-Do" positive attitude toward change and a flexible mindset---not afraid of the "next new thing" as our small, innovative company continues to add new services, tweak our processes, and adapt to meet the needs of our clients and the industry we serve (healthcare).
  • Remote: Has the discipline to work from home.
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel to about a half dozen healthcare marketing industry seminars/events each year.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary + commission with earning potential of $80,000+ annually.
