Job Summary
We are seeking great energy along with a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer facing sales, technical sales, and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. The Sales Manager, in conjunction with store operations will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage day to day store operations along with inventory.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in business development, account management, and client relationship building.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
