Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing specialist to join our team. This position combines sales expertise, operations and marketing creativity to promote our high-quality motorcycle parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers to expand sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads in both domestic and international markets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote motorcycle parts and accessories across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Manage and update the company’s website, social media platforms, and online stores with current product information and promotions.
  • Create marketing materials, including sales promotions, product catalogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Organize trade shows, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to design marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing, manufacturing, distribution and external partners to ensure alignment on goals.

Qualifications

  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing operations, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories or a passion for motorcycles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
