Sales Pricing Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Pricing Coordinator to join our Team at our new location in Weslaco TX. This role is designed to maximize sales and reduce inefficiencies by providing information and solutions. You will support the branch through management and maintenance of accurate and timely pricing information.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field, plus 1 year experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or understanding of retailer pricing strategies.
• Experience with setting pricing and margins.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain retail price books and other retail partner pricing files.
• Gain expert understanding of retailer pricing portals and any applicable pricing templates.
• Serve as primary point of contact for retailer pricing communication.
• Facilitate problem resolution with Sales Team and retail partners.
• Provide superior customer service and develop positive relationships with retailer price coordinators.
• Coordinate communication for chain product assortment across multiple departments.
• Assist Pricing Analyst with branch level pricing adjustments.
• Update and maintain branch level pricing files.
• Maintain proficiency with organizational technology systems, including VIP, Teams, Excel, and Power BI.
• Provide reports on an as-needed basis for meetings and review.
• Create and design presentations pertaining to reported data for leadership and suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage small projects, as requested such as on-site, off-site meetings and sales special events.
• Assist with billing invoices for Brand Marketing and Samples.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs.
