Job Description:
We are seeking a proven and competitive sales professional with a hunter mentality to develop sales strategies and attract new clients within the hospitality sector. This role focuses on outdoor and OEM comfort products, including new and replacement cushions, throw pillows, outdoor curtains, umbrellas, and patio furniture. The successful candidate will build and maintain a network of customer relationships within the hospitality, leisure, interior design, architecture and outdoor furniture sectors to increase revenue and manage these relationships CRM and presentation tools. This includes meeting and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales and quoting pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Utilize various sales methods (cold calling, networking events, association memberships, presentations) to generate opportunities to quote and secure sales.
· Build long-lasting relationships across all segments of the hospitality sector, including resorts, restaurants, wineries, wedding venues, cruise lines, and property management groups.
· Develop sales strategies, manage sales proposals, and deliver presentations for key accounts.
· Engage a hunter mentality to meet personal sales targets and exceed quotas.
· Research decision-makers and schedule in-person visits or presentations to generate and follow up on quotes.
· Attend networking meetings, trade shows, and sales events to build a robust client network.
· Collaborate with the marketing department to support sales initiatives using print and digital marketing materials.
· Maintain and expand the client database.

We are strong in the Tampa Bay market, including theme parks and beach resorts along the Gulf Coast. There is significant opportunity to expand into Central Florida (Orlando) and other regions within the contiguous U.S. and the Caribbean, as all our products can be quoted through our online platform and shipped directly to customers.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven sales experience with a hunter mentality.
· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Experience working in furniture, furnishings, or OEM sales, with an existing client database and/or relationship portfolio, especially within the commercial hospitality sector, is a plus.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
· Proficiency in various sales and closing techniques.
· Competency in computer use and productivity tools.
· Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, with supplemental pay options:
