Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative/ Sales Representative to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
Shift timing: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m to 4 p.m Mountain Standard Time

Position Overview
This role is instrumental in driving new business growth by identifying and generating new business as well as nurturing client relationships, through Cold Calling, Email, and Social Media outreach. The Sales Executive will serve as a crucial link between potential clients and our high-performance advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively generate and qualify leads through Cold Calling, Email, and Social Media outreach.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs.
- Product Presentation: Effectively present Ray Advertising’s Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation solutions to prospective clients.
- Sales Cycle Management: Guide clients through the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Market Research & Strategy: Identify market trends and new business opportunities; contribute to refining sales strategies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work with the marketing and media buying teams to optimize client campaigns and deliver superior results.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and refine strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Key Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Cold Calling and Client Outreach via Email and Social Media.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet advertising goals.
- Technical Knowledge of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and high-performance advertising networks.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to drive sales.
- Time Management & Organization: Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Technical Expertise
- CRM Software: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,).
- Communication Tools: Experience with Email, Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Slack, Skype etc.), and Video Conferencing tools (Google Meet., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Microsoft Office Suite: Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
