We're searching for talented, ambitious individuals to join our sales team and help us expand our network of real estate agents and pocket listings. This position will primarily involve cold calling real estate agents in California, introducing our firm, and building strong relationships with them to secure off-market properties before they even hit the market. You will develop strong, lasting connections with agents and work alongside acquisition managers to drive business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cold calling real estate agents in California to introduce Bridge Capital Group and our services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents to get early access to off-market and pocket listings.
• Entering lead data into the CRM system for internal review and tracking.
• Developing a strong pipeline and consistently hitting sales targets.
