Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by prospecting, cold calling, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets. Familiarity with HubSpot and Bark is a strong advantage.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a sales role with a focus on cold calling and closing deals (preferably in marketing or related industries).
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot and Bark.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in presenting solutions to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and branding is a plus.

Compensation: Commission Based


  • 3-Tiered Commission structure based on weekly sales volume (3%-7%)
  • Base salary of $40k-$50K for 6 months, then moved to compensation based pay.
