Sales Support Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in a business-related field preferred, with 2 years of experience in office management and/or sales related work. Proficiency in Google G-Suite, experience in Shopify, knowledge of Asana or similar project management software, and strong organizational and communication skills required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Sales Team with various functions, manage seasonal order and product files, support CRM system implementation, help with customer marketing initiatives, provide administrative support, track errors in the sales process, and lead trade events.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting the Sales Team and VP of Sales through administrative tasks, data management, and customer relations to enhance sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
Accountable for assisting the Sales Team with a wide range of sales functions and assisting the VP of Sales with additional administrative functions as needed. This position would play a key role in all aspects of sales team support. Must utilize rapid and consistent follow-through skills and possess excellent communication skills. This role would be closely engaged with the sales team and help to support solutions and responses to customer concerns and needs. They must be willing to communicate, coordinate, and follow up with multiple departments and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain seasonal order files to achieve optimal sales and shipping rates
Manage and maintain seasonal product data as well as customer data.
Help with implementing a Customer Relation Management system.
Assist with customer marketing initiatives
Assist Sales Manager with data entry and documentation, running and analyzing reports, and assisting with reporting to third party resources.
Collaborate with other teams to identify areas of opportunity and implement changes to optimize sales operations and reporting.
Provide administrative support to a team of field sales representatives, including creating sales documents, proposals and agreements.
Track errors and other challenges to Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of the sales order and booking process.
Assist and Lead Trade events (Minimum of 3 a year)
Requirements
An associate degree in a business-related field preferred with 2 years of experience in office management and/or sales related work.
Experience in the Shopify platform
Experience in Asana or similar project management software a plus
Proficiency in Google G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive) preferred
Proficient with an inventory & order management software
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines & calendars
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Possess strong analytical skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and process information at a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
