Reports To: Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, and General Manager
Full-Time Position
Hours Vary (Monday - Saturday.) Will work 5 days per week.
Summary: The Sales Training Position reaches out to current customers and engages in marketing efforts to promote the dealership for future business opportunities. Essential Duties:
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound internet leads
- Log customer details and comments in Company database
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge on products and services
- Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
