OVERVIEW OF THE SALES COORDINATOR ROLE
The Sales Coordinator position exists to support 34 Strong’s sales and marketing personnel in generating more leads and sales. The Sales Coordinator’s work is administrative in nature and requires detail orientation, meticulous organization, and responsiveness.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation and CRM Management
- Improve on existing processes to keep our sales pipeline full of leads.
- Perform research on leads to equip salespeople with relevant insights.
- Keep our CRM up to date and run reports as necessary.
- Running sales/marketing campaigns via email, social media, or other platforms.
- Proposal Development and Contract Management
- Source and scope contract opportunities, fill out all required forms, and compile proposals for submission.
- Communicate with executive-level clients to collect information and move deals forward.
- Research and Data Analysis
- Perform and summarize detailed research on complex business issues.
- Dig into data to clarify, simplify, and communicate what the data means and what we should do differently as a result.
- Knowledge Management
- Create and update slides, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Manage team documents and resources in Google Drive.
- Become a subject matter expert in our company’s administrative requirements, such as government contracting rules.
- Keep all our certificates, service agreements, and other contracts in good standing by tracking expiry dates and filing necessary renewal paperwork.
- Creating and managing systems and processes to accelerate our team’s achievement.

SUGGESTED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
- Environment: Experience in midsize corporate (50-250 employees) or large government (500-1,000 employees) organizations.
- Tasks: Education or experience with communications, sales, data analytics, lead generation, proposal development, research, marketing, or serving executive clients.
- Proficiencies: Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRMs, collaboration platforms, proposal development software.
