Job Description: We are looking for a smart-working and seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly independent, self directed, disciplined, self-starter with excellent time management skills. Must be highly adaptable, have the willingness and ability to piviot often and as needed until you hit consistant success. The candidate must have the ability, humility, and insight to accurately self evaluate your own KPIs and the willingness to convert feedback and direction into instant action. Must have the ability to do research and dig into the internet to find the right sources and information quickly and identify the client's immedate and long term and advertising needs and goals. Must have a strong work ethic, and the ability to self regulate and self motivate with excellent attitude and mindset management skills. Ideally you would have an authentic passion, drive, and love for the entire process of hunting and scoring appointments with large clients and smaller clients alike. You will be responsible for generating new business, appointments setting, doing research on the client, listening to the client and to hear their pain points and needs, and building close relatioships with the client and community. You will be responaible to see the big picture and understand the various solutions we can provide to each client as an indididual business and a community as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Prospecting: Actively seek out and engage potential clients through warm and cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and ability to do deep research online.
  • Conduct Outbound Cold Outreach: to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Appointment Setting: Prepare and deliver persuasive emails and call presentations and proposals and communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Overcoming Objections: The ability to be agile and adaptable and address any concerns the client has regarding the appointment and product and ability to overcome all their concerns and directly address them and redirect the conversation to translate into a solid appointment scheduled.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new mergers and aqusitions, competitors, and new advertising platforms to offer the most relevant and effective solutions to clients.
  • Goal Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed individual appointment targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling and a successful track record to set quality solid appointments. ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to going above and beyond to achieve goals.
  • Excellent listening, hearing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Additional Compensation:

  • An attractive commission structure.
  • Performance-based bonuses for achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • After 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days your performance will be evaluated and there will be an increase in your commission percentage and/or base increase.
