What You’ll Do

The primary responsibility of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to support sales, customer experience and marketing programs to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience for the customer and Ascent Global Logistics. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Governance.

Data & Systems Management
Maintain and execute the CRM and Sales Data Audit process to set standards.
Perform data enrichment research and maintain appropriate data within the CRM.
Manage report requests and analysis to support sales representatives and sales leadership.
Manage, test and implement CRM updates, changes, and enhancements.
Sales & Leadership Support
Maintain dashboards, reports and KPI data within the CRM.
Work with sales team to resolve data integrity issues in support of CRM hygiene.
Provide reporting to Sales regarding lost business, new opportunities/pipeline, account onboarding, etc.
Manage sales account assignments and territory coverage model.
Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales organization in relation to systems and processes used within the sales cycle.
Assist with the development of education and training content to establish core sales fundamentals for new and existing sales team members.
Assist with driving key projects and initiatives that drive overall sales growth.
Organizational Support
Work with marketing on administration and management of campaigns and associated data.
Works closely with Client Transition and Integration (CTI) on account alignment and data needs.
Partner with Marketing to support sales communications, sales updates, newsletters, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
3 or more years of experience in sales, sales operations, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or operations preferred.
Prior experience with CRM’s, creating reports, developing dashboards, auditing activity, and managing users
Project management experience
Solid experience with Microsoft Officer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project)
