Position Overview
The Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting our sales team by building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our staffing services. This role offers flexibility and can be structured as either a part-time or full-time position. The intern is expected to make 70+ calls a day to prospective clients, generating interest and setting up follow-up appointments for our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop sales and business development skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 70+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients, introducing our services and setting up meetings for the sales team.
  • Assist in researching and identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Support sales team in managing client accounts, including responding to inquiries and providing necessary information about our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track and report sales activities, providing insights on outreach and follow-up efforts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and team brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare sales materials and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is a plus.
