Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with a proven track record in territory management and customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships with clients while also motivating and developing the sales team.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Hire and recruite Sales Representatives.
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market conditions.
- Train new sales staff on company products, software tools, and best practices in direct sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or territory sales management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $94,869.00 - $112,548.00 per year
