Duties
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our products/services. (Main focus)
- Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Manage assigned territories effectively to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Track lead generation, prepare reports, and provide feedback.
- Build and managing relationships with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of established leads and scheduled estimates.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong door to door skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of scheduling estimates for the owner successfully. You will not be performing the estimates.
- Proficient in territory management and account management practices.
- Ability to generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
