In person at IAD AUTO locations in Beltsville and Landover, with a required ability to commute from Hyattsville, MD 20785
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, proficiency in CRM software, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, willingness to travel and public speaking engagement comfort
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts and pricing, manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads, provide sales support to existing customers

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Provide sales support to existing customers and address any inquiries or issues they may have
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or retail sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements
