What You’ll Do:

As a treatment coordinator, you will leverage your dental sales experience to help clients transform their lives through our industry-leading dental implant procedures. You’ll help generate leads, qualify potential clients, and conduct in office consultations to showcase our services and build lasting client relationships. Watching clients regain confidence through our state-of-the-art procedures is just one of the many rewards of this role.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in dental office sales
  • Prior dental office treatment coordinator sales experience
  • Administrative experience supporting office operations
  • Self-starter, motivated to improve consultation sales processes

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand market-specific customer needs
  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, texts, emails, and social media
  • Collaborate closely with the Doctor, Office Manager, and Clinical Staff in the dental office
  • Deliver engaging presentations of our services to potential clients
  • Qualify leads and schedule consultations
  • Provide weekly feedback to other sales teams and the marketing team
  • Track progress and report results using CRM software and other tools
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in direct-to-consumer dental office sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience with various sales techniques (cold calls, emails, social media selling)
  • Skilled in communication, negotiation, and presentation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about sales and client success
