Sales/Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, driving business development, and enhancing our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for sales.

Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Assist with community, charity, and subsequent events
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and territory management.
• Support inside sales efforts by managing leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide clear and concise information in a timely manner to appropriate departments such as F&B, Rooms, Security, Housekeeping, etc. to prepare and distribute group resumes and banquet event orders (BEO).
• Work closely with other departments and sales members to ensure all promotions are fully maximized
• Demonstrate effective selling techniques in promotion Leopalace Resort Guam products and services through public relations activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to inform business development strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
• Participate in meetings with the sales team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Write, proof, and translate relevant hotel collateral, in-room material, and promotional material, including websites, ensuring they meet Company standards
• Provide support with all sales and marketing functions as needed
• Assist with graphic design and conceptualization of print or digital media promotional collateral

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred
• Graphics design knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
