Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
Wholesale Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail buyers.
Develop and implement sales strategies and execute.
Leverage platforms like Fashion Go and other digital sales channels
Seek out new markets and potential buyers
Customer Outreach via targeted email campaigns, phone calls, and social media messaging
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide weekly reports to the leadership team.
Develop digital campaigns to promote new collections, sales events, and seasonal trends.
Fashion Go & Inhouse sales managment
Maintain accurate and engaging product listings
Represent the brand at industry trade shows, fashion events, and wholesale exhibitions. .
Manage brand's social media platforms and participate in Content Creation & Campaign Management
Skills and Qualifications:
Wholesale Sales Experience: 3+ experience in wholesale sales or account management in womenswear fashion, preferabily in formal or semi-formal wear, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing, including social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing. Experience with wholesale platforms like Fashion Go is a plus.
Trade Show Experience: Proven experience attending and managing trade show participation, including booth setup, customer interactions, and following up on leads generated at events.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with retail buyers, internal teams, and at trade shows. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: A focus on understanding and meeting the needs of retail buyers, providing exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.
Fashion Knowledge: A deep understanding of fashion trends, particularly semi-formal wear, and an ability to communicate professionally
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics. Familiarity with using social media and email marketing platforms is required.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop compelling marketing campaigns and identify new sales opportunities.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales or marketing for wholesale fashion brands
Knowledge of influencer marketing and trends in wholesale fashion marketing.
Experience organizing and managing events or trade show participation for wholesale brands.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools for creating marketing materials.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 ~ $55,000 DOE
Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek (9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday)
