Job Overview:
StreamTech Engineering is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to work closely with the Sr Manager of Sales & Marketing on campaigns, messaging, content schedules, trade shows, website strategies, and lead generation. This role also involves collaborating with the Sales team to help shape and guide prospects through the sales process, ensure timely communication, and follow up effectively. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, organizing trade show booths, writing articles, and supporting social media efforts.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to enhance the company’s reputation, contribute to the lead generation, improve lead nurturing, guide new prospects, and look for new and creative ways to market our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content calendar (weekly/monthly) including email, LinkedIn, blogs, webinars, and more.
- Coordinate Industry Trade Shows and related events throughout the year.
- Assist with Video Case Study Program to highlight key success stories.
- Assist with New Brand Launch Initiatives including the development of new graphics, advertisements, web designs
- Participate in Industry Committees and Leadership Groups for strategic collaboration.
- Assist with Holiday Gift Programs to maintain client and employee engagement.
- Develop Recruiting and Employee-Focused Marketing Initiatives to support talent acquisition and retention.
- Organize and Enhance CRM System by implementing onboarding and “drip” marketing email campaigns.
- Design sales presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Actively pursue new customers through networking via LinkedIn, email, phone and industry events.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring quotes are provided in a timely manner and follow-up calls are made
- Assist with managing the CRM database and developing best practices for sales workflow
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and partners
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
- Understands all of the company’s offerings and clearly communicates them to existing and prospective clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years' relevant work experience in sales, business development, marketing, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly, positive and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with using LinkedIn for networking
- Experience with tracking leads and organizing information within a CRM system
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
