Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

Rich Specialty Trailers is seeking an IN-OFFICE Sales/ Marketing Coordinator with strong marketing and computer skills. This is not a remote position. This is a fast-paced position to work with management to support the sales department by administrating internal and external marketing communications. This position requires some knowledge of web site development, email marketing, and social media posts. In this position, you will work closely with company leaders to create and maintain all digital items which include maintaining company websites, creating emails for prospects and customers, along with documenting and photographing trailer products.

This is a full-time in-office position (remote work is not available)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Phone and in-person communication with clients

Enhance, monitor and maintain company websites

Daily photographs to document and record trailer builds

Document, organize and manage product photographs.

Publish digital marketing content across all media outlets

Manage and create appropriate email and internet content

Create and implement email marketing campaigns

Create educational product emails and videos

Assisting with creating marketing materials in Canva or Photoshop

Create product bulletins to keep customers updated

Oversee social media and Google Analytics

Optimize paid advertising campaigns

Create print media and press releases

Organize, coordinate and manage promotional trade shows

Communicate with management about existing and new marketing activities

Skills and Experience:

Strong computer and communication skills.

Strong work ethic

Strong attendance record

Must have data entry experience

Must be familiar with Word Press and popular web site software.

Must be familiar with paid internet marketing including Google and Bing

Must have ability to update to company website using Word Press

Must have excellent time management with the ability to balance many projects

Must be able to work under pressure to complete tasks on time

Prefer ability to create and edit video content

The physical demands of this position must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to move about on the production floor, climb steps or ladders to inspect and photograph products, move about an exterior storage yard and building. Candidate must be able to occasionally lift components and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
