About Us:
ProExpoLV is the leading provider of Senior Expos in the Las Vegas area, hosting 10 events in the spring and 10 in the fall at local casinos and community recreation centers. Our mission is to connect seniors with businesses that can enhance their lives and provide valuable services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with both our exhibitors and senior attendees. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, very organized, a passion for helping others, and a desire to drive results. LDS a plus, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Engage with current and past exhibitors through email and phone calls to promote upcoming events and secure their participation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create impactful email campaigns (Pipedrive) and marketing materials using Canva to attract both exhibitors and attendees.
- Event Support: Attend all events to assist in setup, execution, and takedown while fostering relationships with exhibitors and attendees.
- Results Tracking: Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure a full room of exhibitors and attendees at each event.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events or community engagement.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and design software (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
