Autorevolution is expanding to a new location at 2906 Central Avenue, Charlotte, and we are actively seeking Salespeople to join our team.

Overview: We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Salespeople to drive sales, cultivate client relationships, and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess a passion for sales, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer accounts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities

Skills:

• Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
• Strong negotiation and account management skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
• Ability to drive business development initiatives
• Knowledge of technology sales trends and practices

Pay: $56,980.00 - $82,722.00 per year
