Now, with over 720 locations in the US and Canada, we provide 25,000+ salon professionals with premium, fully equipped salon spaces in which they own and operate individual boutique salons alongside the support and tools they need to succeed.

Our Franchise territory includes Fresno, Clovis and Visalia. Our Management Team consists of 3 owners and one full-time Facility Manager and we truly work as a TEAM to create an atmosphere of support and respect within our daily workflows. We are a group of ambitious, driven, and fun people who work hard and enjoy what we do. Position Summary: Sola Leasing Manager

In the role of Leasing Manager, you are responsible for achieving revenue goals through lead generation, conversion, and retention activities that include developing and maintaining relationships within the community in each of our Sola Salons locations. As the Leasing Manager, you will join our Operations team to ensure the success and growth of our 7 franchise locations in the Fresno, Clovis and Visalia market. This position would manage our five Fresno locations, two Clovis locations and our newest Visalia location.

The Leasing Manager is a front-line position which directly addresses the needs of our professionals and is responsible for executing our Sola programs and initiatives in the market. We are a service business in which we enable professionals to grow successful businesses. Sola’s success is based on marketing and recruiting the best professionals in the market and working with them to stay with us long-term. The Sola Manager is directly responsible for delivering a high level of support and service to our professionals and their clients so they can each achieve their success as they define it.

This is full-time position with some nights and weekends required. Our beauty professionals have 24/7 access to the salon, so it is sometimes necessary to work before or after usual business hours to accommodate their schedules. The right person for this position is passionate about supporting other’s success, has a proven ability to communicate, is organized and detail oriented, and can assist in developing effective systems and executing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Leasing and Operations:

· Manage all aspects of lead generation in our Hubspot CRM platform. This includes: generation of new lead, cultivation of existing leads, pre/post tour follow-up, reengagement strategies of cold leads and overall fostering and maintenance of the CRM tool.

· Manage and update CRM system to ensure detailed information is entered and maintained from all lead sources.

· Respond to all potential leads with timely follow-up and ensure the CRM tool and CMS systems are up to date and well maintained.

· Respond to telephone inquiries, text messages in the CRM tool - Timely (in real time where possible)

· Make outbound sales calls to leads, with the intention of scheduling a tour with the driver being to move the sales process forward and ultimately renting of the studio.

· Stay up to speed with current market trends, following social media platforms of Sola (local pages and national) and local competitors.

· Keep a pulse on locations local influencers and social media presence, to increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community.

· Directly manages and conducts tours of studios through physical, on-site tours of studio and overall locations facilities.

· Support Ownership team in ensuring that the community, including all available studios, common areas and grounds are staged, marketable and aligned with company Brand Standards.

· May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Stylist Relations and Community Support:

· Negotiate and maintain current rental agreements and renewals.

· Support the rent collection and accounting dept. in weekly rent collection, payment plan follow-up, following up with delinquencies, and aids with eviction notice deliveries & procedures.

· Upholds and executes against NSF policies and processes with the Sola professionals.

· Conduct orientations of the studio and facilities, onboarding and offboarding in accordance with our policies and process with Sola Professionals.

· Identify and resolve tenant issues quickly, efficiently, and in accordance with our Company values.

· Send out relevant and timely communications using company specific tools for updates and notices.

· Utilize company resources to train new beauty professionals on the Sola Differentiators from our competition.

· Timely follow-up with any and all maintenance requests, to ensure satisfaction and overall completion is achieved.

· Works with Ownership Team on monthly/quarterly ‘Show the Love’ events within the location, to support and celebrate Sola professionals for their milestones.

· Treat Sola professionals with dignity, empathy, and respect.

Facilities Management:

· Ensure the salons are maintaining a clean and high-end appeal to Sola professionals and clients on a routine basis.

· Coordinates monthly/quarterly walk-thru’s with cleaning companies to reset expectations and obtain quotes for specialty cleaning needs.

· Communicate regularly to schedule maintenance and repairs with our Facilities Manager, painter, HVAC tech, low voltage techs and other contractors.

· Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure it is up to our Company standards

and is in good working order.

· Quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues through contacting of local Facilities Manager and working with Ownership Team on after hours/emergency requests. *This will require some evenings and weekends to be on call to help facilitate.

· Resolve minor technology issues for various systems within the salons.

Team Member:

· Keeps an open dialogue with supervisor and other members of the Sola team on

prospects, vacancies, physical condition of property, best practices, etc.

· Encouraged to actively participate in the social media presence of Sola Salons through Facebook, Instagram, etc. to help boost our online presence in accordance with our marketing department.

· Support other initiatives in market as needed (Christmas parties, social events, etc) and any other tasks assigned to you as we continue to grow.

· Understanding that business needs change, which could and will require you to take on any additional tasks and locations for the interim, or anything else outlined by management.

Required Experience

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience.

· 5+ years in direct sales with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results.

· Skilled at creating relationships through various methods of communication, including: phone calls, face to face, networking events and on-site lead generation events.

· Exceptional persuasive problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure situations with a high demand for quick results.

· Daily travel in personal vehicle with local market to visit with Sola pros, facilitate tours, onboarding, offboarding and various other stylist relation activities required ( up to 25-100 miles a day car travel ) *Monthly gas allowance paid.

· Valid driver’s license and proper vehicle insurance is required.

· Highly proficient in CRM tools management.

Compensation

This is a full time, salary-exempt position. This salary range is $68,000 to $78,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. You may also qualify for a performance bonus (up to 10% of annual salary) based on company and individual performance.
