SHORT DESCRIPTION

Part-time Salon Coordinator/Receptionist role at Savannah Nail Bar, requiring a friendly individual dedicated to customer service. Starting pay is $16 per hour with additional hours available.

We are looking for a Salon Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis! Current need is every other Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm and picking up hours when other receptionists request time off throughout the week.

We are hiring front desk help at Savannah Nail Bar, a full service salon offering nail services, facials, skincare and waxing. We operate with southern hospitality and are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service. Must be able to multitask with a smile! Starting pay is $16.

Schedule will be every other Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm and adding additional hours when other receptionists request time off.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Our coordinators are the key to the salon running efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinators are responsible for:
  • Providing a warm and friendly first impression when clients and customers arrive or call in to schedule.
  • Providing hospitality for our clients throughout their entire visit.
  • Efficiently properly scheduling client appointments.
  • Receiving payments for services and retail sales and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Handling client questions and overcoming client concerns.
  • Ensuring the salon and retail space is tidy and beautiful. Cleaning, straightening, and sanitizing stations after services.
  • Maintaining salon laundry
  • Assisting with taking pictures for marketing emails and social media posts. Assisting with content for social media.
