Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry.
• Open to working nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, accurately schedule reservations and check guest out.
• Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products.
• Conduct retail sales operations including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel.
  
• Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members.
• Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members.
• Participate in personal and team goal setting.
• Use social media to promote special events, merchandise new launches and participate in marketing calls.
• Assist with setting up marketing events at store location.
