Seeking a Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to manage front desk operations, enhance patient experience, and support a dedicated team in providing excellent dental care to children.
Thriving Pediatric Dental Practice in St Louis Park seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Receptionist. We are a small team of professionals who make every day enjoyable by interacting with our patients, their family and each other with intention, compassion and kindness. Our passion is providing the best dental care AND experience for our patients and their family. We are high-tech and paperless. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, with no weekend/evening hours. If you have a positive attitude and an ease to interact with different ages, you will fit right in! After all, the Scheduling Coordinator is the first and last point of contact that our patients have with our team.
A successful candidate must be able (or be willing to be trained) to administer the day-to-day activities of the business office, including checking families in and out, answering phones, and interacting with other team members with a smile, genuine warmth and personal attention.

· Experience working in Dental or Medical office
· Experience with electronic records, practice management software(s), social media marketing
· Previous customer service experience, REQUIRED
· A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care)
· Strong computer and typing skills REQUIRED
· Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, Attention to details, and ability to take constructive criticism for continued growth, REQUIRED

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
