RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with hospital departments to support School Partnerships, advise on branding and marketing initiatives, develop and implement marketing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, participate in School Partnership meetings, analyze goals and targets, and perform special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Hospital departments supporting School Partnerships. (ie, Human Resources, Clinical Education and Clinical Quality)
  • Advises on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing initiatives related to School Partnerships in collaboration with departmental leadership.
  • Develops and implements marketing/business strategies according to objectives and budget to promote and grow student pipelines
  • Detects opportunities and recommends improvements for School Partnership experiences
  • Participates regularly in Hospital School Partnership meetings and activities.
  • Analyzes and monitors School Partnership goals and targets and develops action plans as needed.
  • Performs special projects as requested in addition to assigned projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Management or other related field.

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
