Wynshop is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales for their grocery-specific SaaS solutions, focusing on new business acquisition and client relationships in a remote work environment.

About the Role

As an experienced Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and account expansion for our SaaS solution. You will leverage your expertise and proven sales skills to identify, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs. You will be joining a team of talented and passionate individuals who are committed to helping grocery and other local store-based retailers succeed in the digital age.


This is a remote role and we welcome all candidates. However, candidates located in Florida or Washington D.C. are preferred.


What You Will be Doing:

  • Operate a disciplined and high-quality sales process aligned with the client's buying process
  • Prospect for new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social selling
  • Rapidly engage warm leads to determine fit
  • Engage with executive-level and team-level buyers to uncover their business requirements, challenges, goals, and business needs
  • Demonstrate and explain robust technology to non-technical buyers
  • Build value by articulating features and benefits that match prospect needs and use that value to propose Wynshop as a solution confidently
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with documented success selling enterprise-level, complex software solutions
  • Previous experience in enterprise selling to accounts/clients with a $500M and above annual revenue
  • Experience selling e-commerce software, omnichannel software and/or AI enterprise products is a plus
  • A disciplined approach regarding the use of CRM database
  • Ability to manage and execute sales with long and complex sales cycles
  • Solution-oriented; Experience in identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges
  • Experience in a team-based selling environment
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with equivalent experience to be considered
