QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years in food and beverage service or hospitality, at least 2 years in marketing or project management (beverage industry preferred), and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing programs and events for beverage clients as the Senior Account Executive at PHCP.
As the Senior Account Executive, Brand Marketing and Events at PHCP, you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of innovative marketing programs for our beverage clients. You will serve as one of the primary contact for key accounts, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, results-driven campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison between beverage supplier clients and PHCP’s brand marketing team.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creating promotional programs and event strategies.
- Manage diverse projects, collaborating with designers, mixologists, and vendors to bring concepts to life.
- Oversee artwork direction, copywriting, and production.
- Co-manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
- Develop project estimates, proposals, creative briefs, and beverage programming presentations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and other creatives.
- Plan and execute events of all scales, including high-profile, large-volume, and international events.
- Craft sponsorship packages, negotiate partnerships, and build client proposals.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and onsite execution.
- Utilize Cvent software for registration management, reporting, and attendee tracking.
- Arrange attendee travel, including flights and ground transportation.
- Collaborate with clients to create engaging content, branded collateral, and promotional materials.
- Provide onsite event support, including registration coordination, AV setup, and client management.
- Assist the Assistant Director of Special Events in streamlining processes and optimizing workflows.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hospitality Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in food and beverage service or hospitality.
· Marketing Proficiency: At least 2 years in marketing, advertising, agency work, or project management (beverage industry preferred).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
QUALIFICATIONS
· Exceptional written and verbal communication.
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of alcoholic beverage brands and current trends.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Creativity, quick problem-solving, and adaptability.
· Team-player mentality with independent thinking and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,769.00 - $77,367.00 per year
