SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Senior Accountant will lead financial operations and analytics for Duvin Design Company, ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes and compliance, while managing data reporting and strategic financial planning.
Duvin Design Company
“The Official Uniform Of People Who Hate Uniforms”
You could call Duvin a surf lifestyle brand, but that would be boring. The surf apparel industry has become saturated with large corporate brands who have to appeal to the masses to maintain their growth rate. To the contrary, Duvin has created new trends that appeal to the younger demographic, and a more niche market.
Started in 2015 and now headquartered near downtown Orlando, Duvin has rapidly grown an engaged following of over 90,000 customers and generates annual sales in excess of $4M. Duvin gear is distributed via wholesale to 100 retailers in 10 countries, direct to consumer via pop-up and event marketing, online via a rapidly expanding Ecommerce platform and via collaborations and partnerships with notable brands such as Puma, Reef and Pabst Blue Ribbon along with professional sports franchises including the Orlando Magic, Miami Heat, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Miami Dolphins.
The target customer for the brand is 15 to 30 years old, with interests in fashion, athletics, music, partying and is desirous of a clothing style that is unique, high quality and fashion-forward. Duvin successfully launched a women’s line in 2022.
Duvin was nominated as a breakout surf brand of the year in 2018 and has been featured on Esquire, High Snobiety, GQ, and NYLON.
