Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven expert in listicles, reviews, and product roundups to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and performance-driven public relations initiatives. You will work closely with partners to create impactful campaigns that enhance brand reputation and deliver measurable results. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape, including loyalty programs and top-tier publisher relationships, and possesses expertise in working with brands or clients in the lifestyle, wellness. women’s health, and/or parenting space. You will be instrumental in blending traditional PR techniques with cutting-edge affiliate strategies to amplify our clients’ reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Placements In Digital Media: Support product placements in various listicles, stand alone reviews, and more in tandem with the organic team.
  • Manage and Develop Affiliate Partners: Oversee, nurture, and grow affiliate partnerships for a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to strategy development by testing commission structures, analyzing dynamic attribution, and conducting cross-channel analysis to optimize performance.
  • Network Management: Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
  • Publisher Outreach: Conduct ongoing outreach to publishers to identify and capitalize on timely opportunities for clients. MUST HAVE: existing network and relationships with publishers already.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with the PR team to share actionable insights and data that can inform broader marketing strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the affiliate marketing landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in pulling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to assess performance, partner activity, and identify areas for growth and optimization. Present findings to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with DTC brands or agencies serving DTC clients. Big plus if you’ve worked at a performance PR agency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and familiarity with tools like ShareASale, Levanta, Impact, and CJ.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
