Seeking a highly motivated Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead affiliate marketing efforts for a start-up in real estate, focusing on partner relationships and revenue growth.

ROLE: Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager



This role will be directly working for Property Leads, a start-up lead generation and data company in the real estate industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in scaling our affiliate channels, building long-term relationships with partners, and playing a significant role in client success. With our small team of 16 and start-up culture, this role is demanding in terms of time and attentiveness (far more than a traditional 9-5 job). You will thrive with a hustler mentality and lead our outreach efforts in identifying and closing new affiliate partners. This role will report directly to the Head of Digital Media and you will have a significant amount of influence and visibility in how our paid media campaigns are operated.

MUST HAVE:

  • At least three years of affiliate marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in data reporting tools.
  • At least three years of general account management experience.
  • Strong connections in the affiliate marketing space.
  • A proven track record of revenue growth in the affiliate marketing space.
  • Demonstrated experience operating + maintaining and organized CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Affiliate Program Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow and optimize the affiliate marketing program, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners to expand reach and drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with affiliates by providing exceptional support with professional communication.
  • Account Management: Organize all accounts, communication, and opportunities within the CRM and follow up constantly and consistently on items in the pipeline.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI, and revenue) using data-driven insights to maximize results.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and paid marketing teams to gain insights that empower affiliates to succeed.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth through affiliate partnerships by negotiating new deals and scaling opportunities.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Concentrated Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or partnership management, preferably in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • StrongTrack Record: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth and revenue through affiliate partnerships and performance-based programs. Must have a network of contacts in the affiliate pay per lead/call space to hit the ground running on day 1.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a keen understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and reporting software (e.g., CJ, Tune/HasOffers).
  • Analytical Mindset: Expertise in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and mentor junior team members as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in the pay per lead affiliate space with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
