Seeking a highly experienced Sr. Analyst, Digital to analyze digital data and provide actionable insights that improve user experience and increase engagement at Build-A-Bear.

We are a multi-channel, site-based experience and entertainment company, with diversified categories and consumer segments. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Analyst, Digital to join our dynamic team.

The Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for analyzing digital data to recommend actionable insights that improve user experience and drive new user engagement. Leveraging a data-based approach, this role will have a direct impact on forecasting future digital marketing and site investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate digital analytical tools
  • Digital analytics reporting
  • Plan, prioritize, and lead analytical projects to identify opportunities and increase efficiency
  • Ownership of Build-A-Bear's analytics toolset
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data integrity issues and develop immediate solutions in core reporting
  • Analyze the digital buyer's journey
  • Enhance audience and digital channel insights to drive enrollment and conversion goals
  • Work with agency partners to maximize ROI
  • Support Finance, IT, and Marketing to increase conversion goals
  • Create SOPs as needed


Required Qualifications
:

  • 4-5 years web analytics experience managing tools in a B2C acquisition environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, math, social science, marketing, or related field
  • Expert in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Proficient with SalesForce Marketing and Commerce Cloud
  • Skilled with Statistical modeling, Google Tag Manager
  • Website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, ContentSquare
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing campaign strategies and tactics

referred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in statistics or mathematics
  • Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Python or similar
  • Proficient PowerPoint
  • Proficient with data visualization and BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc
