The Senior Associate Copywriter will create client-centric content for complex banking products within the Commercial Banking Sales organization, focusing on enhancing client relationships and showcasing solutions.

As a Senior Associate Copywriter in the Commercial Banking Sales organization within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will play a critical role in crafting client-centric content that promotes our complex financial products and solutions, including digital banking platforms, corporate cards, treasury services, cash flow management tools and fraud prevention. Our work focuses on building enduring client relationships with businesses of every size and at every stage of growth. As part of the Market Readiness team, you will play a key role in showcasing our extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and comprehensive solutions that support each of our clients’ success.
Job Responsibilities
- Write and edit marketing copy for various channels and initiatives, including web pages, proposals, pitchbooks, training videos and printed marketing collateral
- Collaborate with product teams, creative teams and business partners to develop messaging that highlights the features and benefits of our banking solutions
- Translate technical information into client-friendly language
- Optimize content for user engagement and accessibility, leveraging digital best practices
- Support the execution of ongoing sales enablement and market readiness initiatives
- Provide project management support to ensure marketing deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Adhere to and advocate for Commercial Banking’s brand guidelines, voice and style in all content creation
- Interview subject-matter experts to gather insights on products, services and client benefits.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
- Copywriting experience, with a background in product marketing or financial services
- Proven ability to write compelling copy that communicates complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- High level of independence, energy, and integrity, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 2-3 writing samples showcasing copywriting skills (to be submitted with application)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with project management software like Adobe Workfront
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multi-task effectively
