SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a motivated Associate to drive sales and marketing initiatives, manage email campaigns, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate event operations at Landmark Ventures.

Landmark Ventures is seeking a positive, motivated, professional, detail-obsessed, and trustworthy Associate to support our team focused on sales, growth, and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving email marketing campaigns, maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and event attendees. You will support an organization of forward-thinking industry leaders whose achievements come as a result of hard work, ingenuity, and consistently exceeding expectations. Role and Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list building, scoping, and campaign management.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather event attendee requirements and create targeted audience lists in our CRM, ensuring alignment with desired companies, industries, and titles.
  • Draft, test, and launch email campaigns, ensuring alignment with event and marketing strategies.
  • Record and track campaign responses and registrants in Salesforce and shared documents.
  • Support market research by gathering data on industry trends, target accounts, and competitors.

Event Coordination

  • Assist with event logistics, including invitations, registrations, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage attendee counts, name badges, food and beverage planning, and other on-site details.
  • Provide support during event day operations, ensuring smooth execution of attendee management and communications.

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Maintain and organize shared client documents, ensuring accurate filing and version control.
  • Crosscheck and proofread documents such as agendas, client decks, and internal team materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within marketing operations and Salesforce usage.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years direct experience working in a professional office environment, ideally within marketing, operations, or events.
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, monitor and manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines on large projects from inception through completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills – have an ability to interface directly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and pick up on nuances of client interaction.
  • Strong self-management skills and comfort in a dynamic work environment – display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing work in a timely manner and demonstrating responsible behavior.
  • Strong project management skills – highly organized, demonstrate attention to detail and strategic problem-solving, and have a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – comfortable working via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person with colleagues and clients to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness – comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and can work calmly, independently, and effectively under deadlines.

Our office is headquartered in New York City and we work in the Eastern Time Zone; we offer remote work arrangements for all employees. Candidates must be authorized for employment in the United States.


The salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. Compensation is based on candidates’ qualifications and experience, and we offer competitive benefits.
