We are seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Search to support a growing portfolio of Retail & Luxury Good clients. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across key consumer, retail, and luxury goods clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Actively participate in client kickoff meetings, providing support in relationship management, campaign strategy, ad-serving, and tech stack deployment.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and implement strategies to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs, craft data-driven solutions, and deliver measurable results.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including proposal development, technical demonstrations, and marketing strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends by exploring emerging tools and technologies, incorporating innovative practices to drive efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Marketing Platform, with a strong understanding of paid search and programmatic advertising strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, leveraging a consultative approach to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in campaign performance reporting, data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio), and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications in Google Ads or similar platforms are a plus.
