THE JOB:

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will oversee the implementation of the brand strategy and marketing plans across the property. This role will also contribute to the strategic planning of growth initiatives and provide reports on campaign performance. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Center of Excellence (COE).

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead the project management, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns for the property and its venue partners, overseeing the day-to-day campaign development and working closely with the marketing COEs and operations teams
  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated media strategies supporting MGMRI's strategic growth and innovation initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, media agency partners, and the COE
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the property’s vertical, corporate initiatives, partner business objectives, and marketing/media needs, ensuring full transparency of media campaign activities to property, corporate, and partner teams
  • Collaborate with property teams to manage marketing executions that align with strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing campaign recommendations, liaising with corporate and partner marketing teams, communicating campaign performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Partner with central marketing teams to develop and ensure timely delivery of creative materials for marketing plans, ensuring quality control and adherence to briefs
  • Conduct regular audits of website and third-party content, identifying and aggregating necessary updates to ensure the website is 100% accurate and up to date
  • Negotiate and execute integrated in-market media placements and programmatic digital buys, using audience/behavioral segmentation, retargeting, and sequential messaging to assess the effectiveness of these strategies
  • Coordinate internal/external resources and leverage industry insights to execute property, vertical, and corporate campaigns, working with the Brand Marketing team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaign assets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Communications, Marketing, or Business Management preferred)
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in Marketing with an emphasis on integrated or digital media
  • Experience planning, leading and executing media/digital media marketing projects and campaign development
  • Experience in delivering integrated media campaign strategies and subsequent reporting insights to peers, in addition to leadership
  • Knowledge and experience creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the Hospitality and/or Gaming/Entertainment industries
  • Strong business acumen which demonstrates current knowledge and trends within online, offline and cross-channel marketing plans
  • Proven experience in building and sustaining strong relationships with peer groups and agencies
  • Professional expertise in analyzing data and identifying key data points to drive impactful decision‐making
  • Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to a variety of audiences and cultural backgrounds from mid to upper‐senior Executives
