  • Facilitate connections and interface with enterprise resources within Global Marketing and Communications, developing and cascading communications for consistent messaging with the Office of the CEO and Global Marketing and Communications to accelerate change

Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience defining, communicating, and delivering on strategy and operational initiatives to drive business impact
  • Interest in and experience with data-driven, modern marketing and deepening business understanding to drive business outcomes

  • Thinks strategically and has strong execution capabilities
  • Uses an analytical approach to problem solve
  • Possesses strong program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities - comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to engage multiple functions and business units
  • Ability to influence without formal direct authority: consultative in approach and diplomatic
  • Uses data-driven storytelling to present insights and drive decision-making while demonstrating advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Flexibility to work with different time zones. Minimum travel required
