Columbus, Ohio (Must be within 1 hour drive or willing to relocate on Day 1, onsite Tuesday and Wednesday mandatory)
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years as an Editorial Content Strategist, education in Marketing or Journalism highly desired, experience in Journalism, Copywriting, Web Editorial or Storytelling required, understanding of social media, UX, video production, graphic design, WCM authoring, SEO, project planning, and proficiency in Google Analytics or Piwick.

Produce engaging editorial content for the client website, create multimedia content strategies, act as a liaison between leadership and divisions on website priorities, showcase content effectively, and leverage the website for outreach and education needs.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking an Editorial Content Strategist to create compelling content for a client website and enhance intranet functionality, targeting underserved populations while adhering to a consistent brand philosophy.
Positions Type: 6 – 12 Month Contract
Positions Terms: Must be within 1 hour drive – EST or willing to relocate on Day 1
Onsite- Tuesday and Wednesday is Mandatory
This individual will produce the fuel that drives the inbound engine to the Client website and assist with the technical end of our intranet as well. They create editorial content that resonates with our existing website users but is engaging enough to draw in our underserved populations, including consumers. They use data, research, and psychology, to shape content experiences that are tailored to our target audience.
They understand a multimedia, multi-platform approach to content and adhere to a consistent brand philosophy. The right individual will combine the agency and divisional priorities and creating additional exposure- something to show how our divisional content is connected to a bigger picture. They are a liaison between leadership and the divisions on website priorities, which includes choosing content to showcase, frequency of content highlight changes, and how to strategically leverage the website for outreach and education needs on behalf of the agency.
SKILLS:
Experience as Editorial Content Strategist Required 2 Years
Education in Marketing or Journalism Highly desired
Demonstrated Experience or Study in Journalism, Copywriting, Web Editorial or Storytelling Required
Understanding of social media, UX, video production and graphic design for cross team collaboration Required
WCM Authoring Required
A strong understanding of writing-for-web best practices; fluid in multi-brand management, product marketing, and content standards. Required
Project Planning Required
Proficient in Google Analytics or Piwick Required
