This temporary position will be based in our Modesto, CA headquarters with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.


Are you passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commerce Marketing Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely deployment of Commerce Marketing tactics, supporting our brand and commerce marketing annual plans for a targeted set of brands, customers, and geographies. Your responsibilities will include managing point of sale (POS) materials, program tactics, brand collateral, and digital assets. You will collaborate closely with the Commerce Marketing Team, Brand Management, Compliance, Creative, Finance, Sales, and Outside Vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


As the Senior Commerce Operations Specialist (temporary), you will serve as the subject matter expert for the procurement and deployment of marketing elements. Your role will involve the collection, organization, analysis, recommendation, and presentation of key information essential for management decision-making. You will be expected to lead cost-saving initiatives and drive the overall Commerce Marketing objective: making it easier for people to find, buy, and enjoy our brands.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of project management, marketing, trade marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of marketing, trade marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Experience with end consumer and retail shopper product marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with all levels of employees.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong project management and organization skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What You Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 7 years of marketing, shopper marketing, sales, creative services, brand marketing support, winery operations, data analytics/sales development, or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience with end consumer and retail trade consumer product marketing.

Compensation:

  • Hiring salary range posted: $53.23 - $79.86 / hourly
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
