Personify Health is seeking a content specialist to create persuasive messaging for potential clients, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive engagement and sales opportunities.

Personify Health is seeking a talented and motivated content specialist to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in converting prospects' interest into valuable sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and SDR team to craft compelling, persuasive, and tailored messaging aimed at engaging potential clients and guiding them through the sales funnel.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Partner with the marketing and SDR team to understand target audience personas and develop engaging, personalized outreach materials including emails, scripts, and social messages aimed at initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Create high-quality content that resonates with prospects, effectively communicates the value proposition of Personify Health's products and services, and addresses their pain points and needs.
- Tailor messaging to align with specific industry verticals, buyer roles, and stages of the sales cycle to support the marketing and SDR team to drive engagement and stimulate action.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage content assets, customer success stories, and industry insights to create demand generating campaigns for top of the funnel.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of messaging and content based on performance metrics and insights derived from sales interactions, aiming to continuously refine and improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales communication materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning to ensure content and messaging remain relevant and impactful.

- Proven experience in a sales writing, copywriting, or content development role, preferably in a B2B sales environment or within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional writing skills and a keen understanding of how to tailor messaging to connect with and motivate potential clients, turning interest into tangible sales opportunities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with SDRs, sales leadership, and marketing teams to craft engaging and effective sales messaging.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive content optimization and performance improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
