How You Will Make an Impact: The Senior Copywriter works to create high-impact campaigns that engage and empower prospective and current patients in the fertility healthcare space. This position work closely with the marketing team, ad agencies, and clinic teams to gain insights into our patients, the patient journey, and the value of our care model to create organic and paid campaigns across digital, social, and print that support patients in their fertility journey through a combination of informative and conversion-focused content.
What You Will Do: Under the direction of the Content Director, the Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing and optimizing all content to drive engagement and conversions across our growing patient population. This position works closely with a team of professionals focused on content creation, design, web design and development, social media and PR to drive patient engagement and support new patient acquisition via the creation of innovative content across digital and print channels for our high-growth organization.
- Content Strategy: Work with the marketing team and content director to support the creation of content strategies and road mapping to improve the patient journey, strengthen the brand, and drive new patient acquisition.
- Content Calendars: Work with the Content Director to build monthly content calendars and initiatives; Collaborate with the internal marketing team and ad agencies to create timelines that meet campaign launch deliverables.
- Paid Digital Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing, agency, and clinic teams to create paid Google and Meta campaigns that drive patient acquisition. Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, provide new ad concepts, create ad content (caption, headline, text, video overlay, CTA), gain approvals, and provide content to media agencies to launch campaigns on time. Create conversion-focused content for landing pages to provide a seamless and frictionless patient journey. Gain a deep understanding of the CCRM value proposition and patient journey to create inspirational and engaging content and campaigns to support prospective patients in their quest to build families.
- Organic/Web Content: Work with outside agency to gain SEO insights and strategic and tactical priorities. Author high-performing, SEO-friendly digital content including blogs, organic social posts, paid social ads, infographics, newsletters, web pages, etc. Produce content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Referral Campaigns: Work with Content Director, marketing team, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling and creative presentations. Create focused campaigns including in-clinic events and respective collateral, print collateral, and email content. Curate content for infographics, blogs, and videos that align with the current marketing campaigns.
- In-Clinic Collateral: Work with clinical teams to create printed content such as brochures, posters, signage, etc. to enhance the in-clinic patient experience.
- Brand Management: Understand brand perception and identify initiatives to continuously improve CCRM’s brand identity. Act as a key SME for CCRM’s brand personality, values, and voice. Collaborate across departments to identify activities and create engaging storytelling tactics across social platforms to promote our brand identity. Ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels through tone, voice, and terminology.
- Public Relations: Write engaging press releases and social posts for new clinic openings, clinic acquisitions, and other ad hoc newsworthy items.
- Reporting: Assist in monitoring content performance and reporting on content analysis, metrics, and KPIs.

What You Must Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communications, or related field, or substantially equivalent relevant work experience, required.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience with an agency or in-house marketing team.
- A portfolio that shows strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of deliverables, including digital advertising, organic, web and print.
- Skilled at creating content for a combination of paid, organic, and brand campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to synthesize key messages into clear, compelling, and impactful deliverables.
- Excellent creative writing, critical analysis, and editing skills.
- Experience supporting social media for a brand, or a personal passion for social media combined with experience writing for a brand.
- A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
