Vetcor is seeking a Senior Corporate Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and manage the marketing team within a growing veterinary network.
Vetcor is looking for a Senior Corporate Marketing Manager preferable based in the Dallas or Boston area. We are a leading veterinary company with 900 veterinary hospitals. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the Vetcor marketing efforts. This is a key role on the corporate marketing team for developing implementing and managing the marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a combination of creative analytical and leadership skills.
The Senior Corporate Marketing Manager supports all Vetcor marketing programs including the website, digital marketing, social media, internal communications, tradeshow events, and marketing programs to support Recruiting and Business Development. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and manages the corporate marketing team.
In this role, your ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans, manage a team, and adapt to changing market conditions will be crucial to Vetcor's success in recruiting top talent, driving business growth, and building a strong corporate brand. Collaboration with other departments, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and a commitment to delivering results will be essential for achieving your objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Brand: Responsible for overall branding and digital presence including strategy content development and execution. Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all branding efforts.
- Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic and paid search rankings. Oversee monthly blog content and needed updates.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and content marketing. Partner with Paid Media Partner to drive campaign testing and optimizations and report on overall performance to senior leadership.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage Vetcor corporate and employer reputation to maintain a positive brand image.
- Public Relations: Responsible for strategy, monitoring, and execution of organic outreach and paid releases.
- Event Management: Provide support to the Recruiting team for regional job fairs and events.
- Intranet: Key role in maintaining company intranet including the knowledge center and optimizing the user experience. Partner with our developer on additional enhancements and workflows.
- Marketing Collateral and Materials: Support all Service Center Teams with internal and external marketing collateral and resources.
- Graphic Design: Manage in-house designer to provide design guidance and execution of all assets.
- Analytics and Reporting: Continuously analyze marketing data to track the performance of various campaigns and initiatives. Adjust strategies based on insights. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility and regularly report on progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Advertising or related studies preferred
- Proven experience (typically 7-10 years) in marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Console/Analytics, email marketing, and other analytics tools.
- Brand and Design experience to manage creative direction with proficiency in Canva.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
