Job Description:
The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor role responsible for developing, managing, and executing customer marketing campaigns and events focused on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across PDQ’s suite of products. This role works closely with sales and customer success teams to drive revenue, boost retention, and strengthen customer loyalty.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing campaigns at the direction of senior leadership.
- Partner with other marketing teams, including email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing, to ensure campaign messaging and content are relevant and compelling to the target audience.
- Facilitate and host customer cross-sell and up-sell events, collaborating closely with sales and customer success to streamline processes and maximize lead conversions post-event.
- Build, maintain, and present reports on KPI performance as defined by senior leadership, sharing insights regularly and in a timely manner to inform planning and prioritization.
- Drive experimentation of new customer marketing opportunities, such as account-based engagement (ABE) or account-based expansion, in partnership with sales and customer success to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams on customer marketing needs, including go-to-market launches and customer communications.
- Analyze data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; provide actionable ideas to address opportunities for improvement.
- 3-4 years of marketing experience
- Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs
- A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Experience managing and executing customer marketing campaigns across parts of the customer journey
- Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools
- Strong organizational skills to independently execute numerous projects and initiatives by assigned due dates
- Working analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
