QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, functional knowledge of solution management, demonstrated communication skills with clients and stakeholders, and attention to detail.

Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns for credit card marketing, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure operational readiness, validate campaign launches, provide cross-functional support, maintain client relationships, and oversee compliance with project requirements.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Assist clients in managing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring thorough understanding and implementation of marketing strategies, while maintaining high compliance and operational readiness standards.
Assists clients with campaign management through the following ways:
- Responsible for managing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to support client’s credit card marketing
- Works with various client Strategy Managers and stakeholders to fully understand the strategy, key drivers, and the data impacts for each campaign
- Develops project plans and works with internal client teams that drive implementation of marketing campaigns through direct mail, email, and banner add channels
- Owns “Operational Readiness” for assigned client’s marketing campaigns, ensuring all branches of marketing services and associated vendors have completed required processes before campaign launch
- Fully understands details of client's data and marketing capabilities, ensuring elements of client’s marketing campaigns are properly programed systemically, audited and approved prior to launch.
- Manage marketing initiatives to streamline the upgrade process for user community
- Provide feedback to the Adobe Workfront platform operations team to enhance and improve processes
- Act as a subject matter expert to other teams as they encounter card change opportunities
- Includes, but not limited to, marketing campaign project management via Adobe Workfront platform and associated tools.
- Prep & audit documents related to marketing projects
- Issue management and resolution
- Marketing campaign-related submissions to support client’s processes
- Manage and execute approvals of campaign launches
- Campaign post-launch validation
- Cross functional support
- Coordinates moderately complex campaigns which may include, but is not limited to, the review of campaign specifications, working with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client deliverables and dynamic campaign execution
- Develops, maintains and improves client relationship through increased client communications. May have campaign and/or reporting specialty and may be point of contact for some client campaigns
- Participates in change management process for existing solutions which may include, but is not limited to, solution, tool and process changes
- Escalates process breakdowns or quality risks to management and/or process owner
- Drives and shares best practices, adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal client teams
- Maintains subject matter expertise in designated account and processes
- Ensures compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
- Functional knowledge of solution management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders – answering questions, resolving issues, conducting research
