The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager plays a vital role in NIC MAP Vision's success by creating and executing strategies that directly drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and events to attract and engage high-quality leads, nurturing their progression through the sales funnel. Act as both the strategist and executor, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and optimization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo Measure and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, refine strategies and report on ROI. Use data to inform audience segmentation and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Client Success and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment, seamless handoff of leads and consistency in messaging throughout the customer journey.
- Lead Nurturing Optimization: Develop and manage robust lead-nurturing workflows and playbooks, driving prospects through the sales funnel to conversion. Continuously test and refine campaigns to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in demand generation. Previous success in strategy development and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate fostering alignment and results-driven outcomes.
- Knowledge of Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation tools) and CRM platforms like Salesforce. Familiarity with advanced analytics and tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and succeed in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
