Job Summary:

The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves optimizing advertising strategies across platforms, enhancing SEO and SEM, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal and external teams to align initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing advertising workflows, leveraging analytics to optimize performance, and staying ahead of industry trends. This position requires a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Reddit, and other paid media channels.

  • Enhance SEO and SEM strategies to improve both organic and paid visibility for targeted audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and refine strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content that supports advertising goals.
  • Create content for eCommerce, blogs, social media, and email campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Manage and maintain advertising schedules, workflows, and editorial calendars.
  • Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate SEO best practices into content and develop case studies to highlight successful campaigns.
  • Propose innovative ideas to adapt to digital advertising trends and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Be available for up to 10% travel as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Proven success with data-driven strategies and measurable results in advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills, with a creative approach to storytelling and campaign creation.
  • Experience in creative, production-driven environments and managing CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to meet advertising goals in a dynamic environment.
